Q: How are orders filled?

A: Indital USA works with a national network of pre-qualified distributors for order fulfillment.  You will have the option at time of ordering to request an in-store pick-up option or a ship to your physical location.  The in-store option may not be available depending on your location.

Q: Do you discount to the trade?

A: Indital USA sells through a national network of metal and specialty distributors.  Contractor discounts are offered within most local markets through those distributors for verified fabricators.  Please email at forgings@indital.com for a local distributor request.

Q: If I have a technical question related to a project where do I turn for help? 

A: Please refer to your local building codes for strict enforcement of dimensional requirements.  Indital USA does not warrant any work or provide fabrication services.  Your order fulfillment distributor may be able to answer general questions including referencing a licensed, certified fabrication specialist for those difficult to advanced projects. Call 1-800-772-4706 EXT 16 for the Indital Shopatron product and technical help desk.  A representative of Indital USA will get back to you within (1) business day.  Also, you can upload drawings or scans of projects to the CUSTOM PARTS AND DESIGN ASSISTANCE section in the ARCHITECTS CORNER tab for assistance.

Q: What if one or more of my items was put on back order?

A:  You will be notified via email if a portion of the order is back ordered longer.  Allow up to 6-8 weeks for all back orders.  Options or recommended alternatives can be reviewed on our site for each product offered.  You will be notified within 1-2 business days if orders are backordered by Shopatron through the fulfillment distributor

Q: How can I save money on freight with your bar products?

A: When ordering bars and you have determined you can use cut lengths vs. full lengths, order under OPTIONS.  The extra costs for cutting will be off-set by lower freight bills by shipping through UPS. 

Q: Can I buy samples through your site?

A: You may purchase (1) unit if you desire of any product yet freight costs can be dictated by a minimum.  Indital USA does not offer free or discounted samples.   

Q:  How are freight bills calculated?

A:  Shopatron uses a weight based freight format using pre-defined criteria.  In somes cases minimum charges or length based charges will apply thus impacting the freight costs.
